Competition Period: The competition starts on 30 October 2024 and closes at midnight on Sunday, 17 November 2024. Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted.

How to Enter: Entrants must

• Follow @thehomecrew_au on Instagram or like @thehomecrew.au on Facebook.
• Submit one entry comment in 25 words or less, explaining why they should win a one-month Christmas tree hire.

Entry Limit: Each entrant is allowed one entry. Duplicate entries will not be considered.

Prize: The prize is a one-month hire of an artificial Christmas tree from 30 November 2024. Delivery and pick-up will be arranged within Sydney suburbs only. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• The artificial tree and decorations choice are fully at the discretion of the Home Crew.
• If the winner’s home cannot accommodate an 8ft tree, a 7ft tree will be installed.
• All items, including tree and decorations and lights are to remain the property of The Home Crew and are to be removed only by The Home Crew from the winner’s home by Monday, 6 January 2025.
• Any broken or missing items will be replaced at the winner’s expense.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen based on creativity and originality, as judged by the Promoter. The decision is final and binding, with no correspondence entered into regarding the outcome.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook and announced on The Home Crew’s social media accounts by Friday, 22 November 2024. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or a new winner will be selected.

Publicity: By entering, entrants agree to have their names and entry details published on The Home Crew’s social media channels if they win.

Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it is deemed inappropriate or offensive, or if the entrant does not comply with these terms and conditions.

Privacy: Personal information provided by entrants will be used only for the purpose of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with The Home Crew’s privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability: The Home Crew accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or the prize. Entrants participate at their own risk.

Modification and Termination: The Home Crew reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.
